Tamra went above and beyond throughout our entire home buying process, and I truly recommend working with her. We were probably one of her more challenging clients, yet she handled everything with professionalism, and we ultimately found our perfect house! Our situation was complicated and required working with many different people. We started our home buying journey almost a year ago, where we had put down a deposit for a new construction. Tamra helped ensure that we were protected throughout the process as we worked with an attorney that she recommended. This turned out to be great foresight as the new construction kept on getting delayed (on the builder side). We soon had to look elsewhere given that we were expecting a newborn soon. Tamra helped us swiftly back out of the new construction once we found a new suitable house, and since we were using the same title company that she recommended, our deposit was simply transferred to the new house. Even getting the new house was not a simple ordeal. It already had multiple offers after we viewed it, and Tamra helped us create a competitive offer that won. At this point, we thought we were finally close to the finish line, but during inspection, we found issues with the house. Tamra helped us navigate through all the contractors that we needed to get more detailed inspections and quotes. Then, Tamra, along with our attorney, lender, and title company (all of whom she had recommended), was able to come up with a plan that made both us and the seller happy. The team worked tirelessly to quickly solve the issues, and we were able to close faster than we had expected. If you made it this far in the review (and I already left out many details), then I hope you understand just how much I recommend working with Tamra. She, along with everyone she works with, all genuinely cared about doing what was best for us.

We recently used Tamra and her team to purchase our new home in Hammonton, a house I never even saw in person until the day after we closed! Our situation was tricky; my fiancée was living here in South Jersey and I was still living 1.5 - 2 hours away in North Jersey - the product of a sudden job change and selling our home quickly. After meeting Tamra just once, I knew we found the right woman to help us navigate this mess! She saw my every concern, reminded us of our goals, and stayed in touch all along the way.
